Company: American Trucking Solutions This is a fully remote corporate desk-based role within our talent acquisition division. We specialize in connecting skilled individuals with national firms and we are opening opportunities for a detail-oriented professional in the Ottumwa IA region.

You will earn a weekly gross payment of $1000 to $2000 distributed under a standard 1099 independent contractor arrangement. Your earnings are directly tied to your engagement with our lead flow not to any sales quota or cold outreach metrics.

Forget about dialing strangers or buying lists. We supply you with a steady stream of warm inbound leads and application inquiries from individuals actively seeking career changes. Your primary responsibility is to assess these candidates via structured phone conversations not to hunt for prospects.

Your daily workflow centers on three distinct activities:

• Conducting preliminary phone-based screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability communication skills and career goals.
• Maintaining accurate records within our candidate relationship management (CRM) system logging notes and progression stages.
• Guiding qualified candidates through a remote onboarding workflow ensuring they complete necessary documentation and pre-employment steps.

• A reliable computer and a smartphone for communication and data entry.
• High-speed internet connection that supports stable video calls and CRM access.
• You must operate as a corporate entity. This can be an existing LLC with a valid EIN. If you do not have one our training includes step-by-step guidance on forming a single-member LLC which is a simple low-cost process.

This is a location-independent role that fits around your existing schedule. You can work from a home office in Ottumwa or anywhere in the surrounding Wapello County area. There are no managed daily hours or micromanaged time trackingyour performance is measured by results and candidate progress.

Important Note: This is a corporate office support function. It does not involve any hands-on fieldwork logistics or industrial operations. All work is conducted remotely via phone and computer.
