Are you the person in Lufkin who can spot potential from a mile away We are looking for a sharp organized individual to serve as our Talent Pipeline Architect. This is a remote desk roleno trucks no freight no CDLs. You will work from your home office to shape the flow of candidates for our client ensuring every qualified person moves smoothly from application to hire. This is a support position where you build the bridge not drive the truck.

Your focus will be on managing warm leads that come to us directly through our website and job ads. You do not dial strangers. Your day will include:

• Conducting professional phone screenings with inbound applicants to assess their fit.
• Updating and organizing candidate records in our CRM system.
• Guiding each applicant through a structured remote onboarding process.
• Communicating clearly and promptly to keep the talent pipeline flowing.

To succeed in this role you need the right gear and the right legal setup. We provide the leads and the process; you bring the execution.

• A reliable computer and a smartphone for calls and data entry.
• High-speed internet connection to support video and phone work.
• The ability to operate as a corporate entity (an LLC with an EIN). If you do not have one yet do not worrywe provide step-by-step guidance to file within your first week of training.
• A stable quiet home office environment in the Lufkin area.

This is a performance-based income structure that rewards your efficiency. You earn between $1000 and $2000 every week paid out on a 1099 basis.
