They are a globally established agency with a strong US presence and they are looking for a L&D Partner for their dynamic NYC office which operates on a hybrid model with four days a week in the office.
This isnt a typical L&D role; its a chance for an experienced 360 recruiter to pivot away from a traditional billing or management path and become a mentor to recruiters at all levels. Your time would be predominantly spent on 1-on-1 coaching data analysis to provide strategic insights to leadership and a small portion on classroom-style training. Their core sectors: Professional Services Finance and Insurance. The compensation is highly competitive with the L&D Partner offering a salary of up to $115000 plus quarterly bonuses.
