Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is a Partner of Choice for the Nebraska University System. Our Interns work a hybrid schedule and spend some days working on-site at our Omaha office located in Aksarben Village. Therefore you will need to live within commuting distance from Wednesday May 26 Friday July 30 2027.

What youll do:

• Support a wide variety of HR projects to include assisting with the recruitment process onboarding employees and assisting with talent development programs.
• Work closely with different areas of HR to evaluate the organization and employees needs and recommend solutions.

To be considered for this position you must have:

• Currently enrolled in an Bachelors degree program in human resources organizational leadership business administration or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of the department.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet this requirement.
