Schedule: Full-Time MondayThursday 8:00 AM5:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM1:00 PM

Position Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Talent Coordinator to help create a professional welcoming and consistent employee experience. This role will own new-hire orientation and support Talent/HR initiatives across onboarding learning and development employee engagement recognition and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding
  • Coordinate learning and development programs including scheduling resources participation and follow-up
  • Support employee engagement recognition and culture initiatives
  • Coordinate internal Talent communications including the employee newsletter
  • Handle day-to-day employee requests and provide responsive support
  • Maintain Talent systems documentation resources and reporting
  • Coordinate Talent projects from planning through completion

Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in HR Talent L&D or a related people-focused role
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and working with employees and managers at all levels
  • Professional personable and service-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail judgment and discretion
  • Experience with Asana and learning management systems preferred
  • Interest in using technology to improve processes and efficiency
