Talent Coordinator

Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM5:00 PM with occasional evening and weekend availability as needed
Pay: $21.00 per hour

• Welcome new hires and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Collect review and track all required new hire paperwork to ensure completion before training.
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation.
• Communicate with new hires via phone text and email to answer questions and provide support.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and training logistics.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure all required documents are submitted on time.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide a seamless hiring experience.
• Assist with additional administrative and recruiting support as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a customer-service mindset.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail) and learning new systems.
• Previous recruiting HR onboarding or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
