Talent Attraction Development & TU Analyst - Houston TX

LOCATION: Houston- Texas-USA

Purpose

The Talent Attraction Development & Training Analyst is responsible for attracting developing and retaining talent by executing recruitment learning training and talent management initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational strategy. This role partners with managers HR Business Partners employees educational institutions and external providers to support workforce planning talent acquisition employee development training programs succession planning and early career initiatives. The position also leads the Summer Internship Program and supports the design implementation and continuous improvement of learning and development solutions that enhance organizational capability and employee performance.
Main Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned business areas including workforce planning support sourcing screening assessments interviews offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers providing market insights candidate recommendations and guidance throughout the selection process.
  • Maintain and develop candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and talent mapping initiatives.
  • Lead the Summer Internship Program end-to-end including recruitment selection onboarding program activities performance follow-up intern presentations and offboarding activities.
  • Support and execute talent development processes including performance management cycles people reviews talent assessments succession planning and employee development initiatives.
  • Conduct and coordinate development conversations employee follow-ups and exit interviews identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze recruiting and talent development metrics providing data-driven recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  • Manage and maintain talent data within HR systems ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to address business and employee development needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies processes employment regulations and talent management standards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency candidate experience and talent development processes.
Required Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition Talent Development Human Resources or related areas.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple job functions and organizational levels.
  • Experience leading projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience coordinating internships or early career programs is preferred.

Technical Skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting modules).
  • Data analysis (Excel Power BI) Digital tools (Power Apps automation SharePoint)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
  • Experience with talent assessment tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter job boards etc.).
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance Talent Attraction processes including candidate sourcing screening talent pipeline development and recruitment analytics.
