• As a Lead Recruiter you will balance your proven ability to build and run a desk with the development and growth of a team below you while leading that team to meet and exceed their targets as well.
• You will be developing new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities across our specialisms and locations.
• You will be implementing effective approaches and sales techniques to generate new business relationships and manage each process efficiently.
• You will lead by example by expertly identifying and approaching candidates both active and passive and manage the process from initial conversation to closing the candidate on offers.
• You will be establishing a network of both candidates and clients in the market to create long-lasting relationships and generate other business opportunities.

About You

• You have experience working in a recruitment/staffing agency
• Proven experience with generating new business client relationship management candidate sourcing candidate management negotiations and closing deals.
• You enjoy working in a close-knit team have a positive mindset and have a work hard play hard mentality.
