Job Description:

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• This role will support internal and external client facing teams.
• Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies processes and capabilities supporting clients business verticals.
• Will partner with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels.
• Create and implement sourcing strategy execute the end-to-end recruiting process conduct in-depth intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.
• Identify the best online sourcing channels organize targeted outreach events in the industry to identify high quality candidates and assess candidate quality skills and fit for positions.
• Must have proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility and demonstrated experience developing acquisition strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools.
• Strong MS Word Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• All internal positions across Client organization.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $30.00 to $40.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
