Location: Buffalo NY (Hybrid)

Pay:$25.00 to $30.00 per hour

• Create and maintain TA training materials job aids and ATS guides.

• Monitor ATS issues and user feedback identify trends and coordinate fixes.

• Maintain and govern TA documentation (SOPs playbooks FAQs).

• Support recruiters and leaders with ATS usage workflows and process questions.

• Reinforce compliant recruiting practices and consistent process adherence.

• Partner with HRIS and HR Operations on escalations and problem-solving.

• Support workforce reporting and tracking for hourly and contingent labor programs.

• Support MSP and RPO processes including submission tracking follow-ups and invoice reconciliation.

• Bachelors degree preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of Talent Acquisition and or HR Operations experience.

• ATS experience required; SuccessFactors strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of recruiting processes and compliance fundamentals.

• RPO and temp labor MSP experience preferred.

• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access people files and equipment.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.

• Frequently communicates with stakeholders and must be able to exchange accurate information.

• Hybrid office setting with occasional on-site support.

• Work near others and often share the same workspace while on-site.

• May occasionally be exposed to higher noise levels when supporting operational areas.

• Full time Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Temporary assignment approximately 6 months; start ASAP.
