Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Northern NJ area of the NY Metro this role you will play a key part in driving hiring efforts partnering closely with hiring managers and local leadership to build high-performing teams that support our continued growth. What Youll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers and local leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
- Source screen and interview candidates for a wide range of field and office roles ensuring alignment with both role requirements and company culture
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting processfrom writing job descriptions to extending offers
- Build strong talent pipelines through hiring events and proactive networking
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience with timely communication and transparency
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless handoff to local teams
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience recruiting in a fast-paced environmentexperience in skilled trades or service industries is a plus
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (iCIMS experience preferred)

Compensation:
- $20.00$25.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities
