Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Position Overview
We are seeking aTalent Acquisition Specialist who may be looking to grow their career in TA. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced reveneue generating environment. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving revenue through strategic business development and successful placements.

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing screening interviewing and placing talent
• Generate revenue through contract contract-to-hire and direct-hire placements
• Travel to customer sites in Ohio as needed
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly monthly and quarterlyrevenue targets
• Utilize CRM/ATS systems to track activity pipeline and performance metrics
• Stay current on market trends talent availability and ai technology
• Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

• 2-5 years of experience in staffing recruitingsales retail or restaurant (server/bartender)environment
• Experience speaking with customers vendors etc. either face to face or over the phone
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy metrics-driven setting
• Proficiency/knowledge ofsourcing platforms (Indeed AI Tools job boards etc.)
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
