Job Description:
Manages full-cycle recruitment processes and partners with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Support
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume hiring (sourcing screening scheduling and coordination
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring processes
  • Screen resumes and conduct candidate outreach and pre-qualification calls
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports
  • Maintain job postings and job description updates across multiple platforms
  • Assist in recruitment campaigns job fairs and pipeline-building initiatives
  • Maintain hiring metrics tracking such as time-to-fill candidate pipeline status interview turnaround times and onboarding completion
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure recruiting process visibility and follow-up
  • Partner with HR and operations teams to support workforce ramp-up initiatives and urgent staffing needs
  • Support sourcing and employer branding initiatives
  • Onboarding & HR Administration
  • Support onboarding logistics (offer letters documentation scheduling onboarding sessions)
  • Ensure completion and compliance of new hire documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with background checks and pre-employment processes
  • Provide administrative HR support as needed
  • Operational & Ad Hoc HR Support
  • Assist with HR projects related to workforce planning and process improvement
  • Support employee lifecycle activities as needed (offboarding internal mobility etc.)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Provide support to the HR team during peak workload periods
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university applicable to position.
  • 3 years in HR or recruiting experience.

  • PC and Microsoft Office advanced
