Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist works alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to help attract source and screen candidates for open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiates contact with qualified candidates and provides pre-employment information regarding job requirements location benefits etc. for all temporary staffing needs as well as other entry level/mid-level requisitions.
• Reviews employment applications resumes and other credentials. Conducts phone screens in-person interviews and pre-employment assessments.
• Gather feedback from hiring teams to ensure prompt correspondence with candidates.
• Extends and negotiates offers of employment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Compensation managers.
• Provides guidance and expertise of Recruiting tools (ATS Interview Guides etc.) to hiring managers as needed
• Sources candidates through a variety of methods (job postings employee referrals job fairs internet searches public organizations colleges & universities networking job boards advertisements etc.).
• Maintains frequent contact with candidates during and after the interview to ensure candidates receive timely feedback.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• BA/BS plus 1-5 years of experience in an HR capacity with a focus on recruitment efforts
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems is preferred
• HR coordination experience is preferred

The annualized salary range for this role is between $77000 - $95000.
