Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Generalist

In this role youll lead recruiting efforts from sourcing through onboarding while partnering with leadership to support employee development retention and HR initiatives.

Requirements: Recruiting experience with proven hiring success
HR experience in employee relations onboarding and compliance
Excellent communication and interviewing skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required
