Were looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Austin and play a key role in attracting and hiring the talent that will help us continue to scale.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys taking ownership partnering closely with the business and delivering in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Youll manage multiple requisitions across our US business with an initial focus on growing our project delivery teams supporting some of the most exciting and complex construction projects in the market including major Data Centre developments.

Youll own your searches end-to-end working directly with hiring managers to understand their requirements challenge and advise where needed proactively identify talent and create a great candidate experience throughout.

Joining XYZ at this stage also means having the opportunity to influence how we recruit. Youll work closely with the wider Talent and People team to build pipelines strengthen our approach to direct sourcing and help evolve our recruitment processes as the business grows.

The role is based in Austin Texas on a hybrid basis giving you the opportunity to work closely with our teams in person while retaining flexibility.

What Youll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple requisitions from initial role briefing through to offer and close.

• Partner closely with hiring managers building trusted relationships and providing advice challenge and market insight throughout the hiring process.

• Proactively source and engage high-quality passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter direct sourcing techniques referrals and other relevant channels.

• Build targeted talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs reducing our reliance on reactive recruitment and external agencies.

• Conduct engaging and effective candidate screening interviews assessing experience motivation and alignment with XYZ Reality.

• Manage multiple searches and competing priorities while maintaining pace quality and an excellent candidate experience.

• Keep candidates engaged through clear timely and transparent communication.

• Work closely with the wider People and Talent team to continuously improve our recruitment processes and ways of working.

• Maintain accurate and meaningful recruitment data within our ATS Ashby.

• Use market insight and recruitment data to help hiring managers make informed decisions.

• Act as an ambassador for XYZ Reality bringing our technology culture and growth story to life for prospective candidates.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years experience in talent acquisition ideally with a focus on engineering or construction roles

• Demonstrable experience independently managing multiple requisitions simultaneously and delivering against competing hiring priorities.

• Strong direct sourcing capability youre comfortable identifying approaching and engaging passive candidates rather than relying primarily on applications.

• Proven experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders with the confidence to advise influence and constructively challenge when required.

• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and market mapping through to interview management offer and close.
