Benesch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts across our Southeast Region with a focus on hiring initiatives in Tennessee North Carolina Georgia and Florida. Based in our Chicago corporate office (or Overland KS) this role will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies build talent pipelines and attract the professionals needed to support continued growth across the region.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys identifying and engaging talent through direct outreach networking referrals and strategic sourcing efforts. This individual will partner closely with business leaders to influence hiring decisions strengthen talent pipelines and help attract the professionals who support the infrastructure projects and services communities rely on every day. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while supporting an ENR Top 100 engineering consulting firm in a stable and growing industry.

Our Talent Acquisition team is based in Chicago and operates in a collaborative hybrid environment. This position follows a hybrid schedule with the opportunity to work remotely three days per week and from our downtown Chicago corporate office or Overland KS two days per week.

• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience within the AEC industry required including a minimum of 2 years in an agency recruiting environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and business groups
• Strong sourcing and direct outreach experience including passive candidate recruitment
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience developing and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive recruiting strategies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter applicant tracking systems and sourcing technologies
• Bachelors degree preferred #LI-MM1

The expected compensation range is an estimate and represents the total compensation being offered for the position. The total compensation is determined by several factors including the candidates AEC recruiting experience and overall recruiting experience.
