Talent Acquisition Specialist Day To Day:

• Screening job applicants to find great fits for our clients
• Sourcing top talent for open positions within our firm
• Making outbound calls to potential candidates and scheduling interviews
• Conducting virtual interviews to qualify candidates for any open positions
• Managing candidate communications via phone email and text
• Assisting with onboarding and preparing offer documents
• Keeping clients in the loop with clear timely updates
• Updating and creating calendar events for clients candidates and fellow team members
• Collaborating with the team to improve hiring workflows

• Tech savvy and experienced with sheets
• Comfortable talking on the phone on screening calls and in-person
