This role offers a unique opportunity to combine full-cycle recruiting expertise with hands-on exposure to core HR functions. Approximately 75% of your time will be dedicated to recruiting while the remaining 25% will focus on HR operations employee programs onboarding and HR initiatives that help create a positive and engaging workplace culture.

What Youll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition (75%)

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and business functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and candidate profiles
• Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter job boards networking events and strategic partnerships
• Screen interview and assess candidates while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews and guide hiring teams through the selection process
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Support diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives
• Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring insights to stakeholders

Human Resources Support (25%)

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
• Support HR data reporting and workforce analytics
• Respond to employee questions and assist with employee relations matters
• Contribute to performance management and talent development initiatives
• Support HR compliance policies and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR system data integrity
• Help drive programs that foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture
• Support compliance with federal state and local employment regulations

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field
• 2 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success managing 8 open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong interviewing candidate assessment and shortlist development skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter; SmartRecruiters experience is highly desirable
• Experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
• Knowledge of HR best practices across employee relations talent management onboarding and compliance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR and recruiting data
• Excellent communication organization and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
• Detail-oriented with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
• Comfortable working in a collaborative fast-moving environment
