This is a hands-on execution-driven role focused onhigh-volume recruiting direct sourcing and closing talent in competitive markets.Key Responsibilities
- Ownfull-cycle recruitmentacross high-volume requisitions
- Proactivelysource and headhunt candidatesusing multiple channels (LinkedIn referrals direct outreach etc.)
- Conductphone screens candidate assessments and interview coordination
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adjust strategies in real-time
- Driveoffer management and closing including navigating counteroffers and competitive situations
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines while managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Track and manage candidate activity within ATS and ensure accurate reporting
- Deliver ahigh-touch professional candidate and stakeholder experience
- 20 years of recruiting experience(agency or high-volume corporate recruiting strongly preferred)
- Proven success inhigh-volume fast-paced hiring environments
- Strong background indirect sourcing/headhunting(not reliant on inbound applicants)
- Demonstrated ability toclose candidates in highly competitive markets
- Highly organized with the ability to managemultiple requisitions and hiring managers simultaneously
- Comfortable being on the phonestrong communication and influencing skills are critical
- Experience managing demanding stakeholders with professionalism and urgency
- Team-oriented with astrong work ethic and passion for recruiting
- Fully onsite MondayThursday (Ashburn VA) no exceptions
