Description:

Hybrid role Based in Northern IL (Deerfield or Round Lake Locations) 3 day onsite/2 Remote

Travel between Deerfield and Round Lake may be required.

Must be locally based in Round Lake or Deerfield and able to support onsite hiring needs as required.

Position Summary

The Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner will support recruiting efforts across Manufacturing (MFG) sites and corporate functional areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver efficient high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill MFG roles (e.g. CDL operations technical positions)
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication transparency and consistent follow-through
  • Provide market insights and data to influence hiring decisions including compensation talent availability and competitive trends
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruiting practices
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to TA projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent relavant experience
  • 3 years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations or high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Workday Preferred
