Job Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting including reviewing screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) for their designated region and line of this role you will gain exposure to Field Recruitment supporting scaling front line business operations throughout your region while also supporting various HR and Talent projects on occasion. Key Responsibilities:Manage full cycle recruiting by partnering with field operations leadership to determine staffing needs within an assigned territoryReview and qualify applicant resume in accordance to hiring managers needsConduct preliminary phone interviews to assess talent fit for teamsCoordinate phone virtual and in-person interviews between top candidates and hiring teamsCoordinate appropriate assessments and referencesMake recommendations on hiring decisionsDeliver offer letters for all positions and explain important information within the offer (e.g. benefits compensation non-compete clauses)Use traditional and non-traditional resources such as career fairs online job fairs community networking events and more to identify and attract quality candidatesSupport in conducting relevant pre-employment screenings on prospective employeesCreate and develop sourcing strategies as neededManage college and university partnership programsPartner with HR to assist with internal employee transfer processFollow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of staffing goalsWork with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations within your regionManage current candidate activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) WorkdayManage application/resume file and retention according to company policyRequirements:4-year College Degree (B.A.) preferred1-3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting with strong transferable experience across operational industries preferredSome travel requiredWorkday Experience preferredValid Drivers License preferredStrong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Teams Word Excel PowerPoint and OutlookKnowledge Skills Abilities and Competencies:General knowledge of employment standards employee relations benefits and onboardingAbility to write professional correspondence to employees management and vendors via internal and external communicationsAbility to work under limited supervision and with tight deadlinesAbility to deal with people sensitively tactfully diplomatically and professionally at all timesAttention to detail in all areas of workExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with external candidates and internal teamsStrong time management skills with the ability to manage a load of competing priorities under pressure and within respective deadlinesHighly flexible with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of a diverse organization with a variety of personalitiesStrong moral and ethical judgement in decision making along with a commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentialityPolitically and culturally sensitiveStrong customer service and troubleshooting skillsAble to work effectively as a part of a team as well as independentlyPhysical/Mental Demands:Ability to handle heavy telephone call volumeAbility to sit stand walk talk hearAbility to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds and lift/move up to 20 pounds occasionallyWorking Conditions:Noise level is moderateWork in indoor office environment 75% of the timeFrequent travel to branch locations via car and airplane. May result in extensive exposure to motor vehicle traffic and long periods of sitting.
