As a core member of ourTalent AcquisitionOperations team you will:

• Deliver a smooth end-to-endhiring and onboarding experience including offer creation and Workday processing
• Act as a key point of contact forTA operations requests ensuringtimelyand high-quality support
• Managebackground checkprocess include reviewing and escalating concerns raised by the background check vendor
• Driveimmigration workflows ensuring full compliance and partnering with People Operations
• Maintainaccuratedata across HR systems and supportcreateor pulloperational reports
• Contribute toprocess improvements andTAprojects helping us continuously evolve how we work

What You Bring

Werelooking for someone who is proactive detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

• Experience inHR or Talent Operations ideally in an international environment
• Familiarity withHR systems(Workday strongly preferred) and operational processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability toprioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Clear and confident communication skills across different audiences
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus oncontinuous improvement
• High attention todetailand a commitment toaccuracy
• Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across functions
