Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our recruitment function. This role is responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies managing the recruitment lifecycle and building a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiting leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for attracting top talent in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations reputation as an employer of choice.
- Utilize data and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws diversity and inclusion standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with at least 23 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing hiring strategies and recruitment teams.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse Lever Workday).
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote fast-paced and collaborative environment.
