Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our recruitment function. This role is responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies managing the recruitment lifecycle and building a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiting leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for attracting top talent in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead mentor and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Utilize data and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws diversity and inclusion standards and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 58 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with at least 23 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing hiring strategies and recruitment teams.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse Lever Workday).
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote fast-paced and collaborative environment.
