Our Talent Acquisition Manager iswithin the Human Resources Department that is focused in the areas of recruitment of talent for organizations open positions in addition to supporting retention initiatives and efforts. This role will lead the HR Recruitment team and possess a deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting ensuring the organization is hiring the best possible talent by developing effective talent acquisition strategies. This position partners closely with the other members of the HR Department as well as the Company leadership and management teams.

Essential Duties

• Lead and manage the HR Recruitment teams day-to-day responsibilities in effective recruitment strategies pre-employment process and efficient onboarding process to ensure new hires successful integration into the company
• Challenge and develop direct reports performance provide feedback and hold them accountable to their goals and job responsibilities
• Prepare and present direct reports performance reviews
• Develop and implement the organizations talent acquisition strategy
• Collaborate with hiring managers to successfully develop recruitment strategies by understanding role requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Through strong partnership with leadership and management teams identify current and future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
• Manage the entire recruitment process from defining job descriptions to managing the offer process
• Build implement manage and maintain key recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the recruitment efforts and hiring process
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the recruiting efforts and hiring process
• Conduct job market and best practice research to ensure competitive hiring strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships by building the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals local colleges/universities unemployment offices etc. Set-up informational booths at local colleges
• Implement new sourcing methods and maintain a network of potential candidates
• Provide direction and guidance to the recruitment team to maintain a strong social media presence
• Identify sign up and attend job fairs as well as organize and lead on-site job fairs.
• Assist in maintenance of an application database/tracking system that retains and organizes applications/resumes for one year
• Build manage and maintain internship and exit interview programs
• Source screen and interview potential candidates
• Other duties may be assigned

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience in a Human Resources role
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Highly organized and able to manage time projects and deadlines well
• Preferred but not required - education in Human Resources Organizational Psychology Business Administration or relevant field
