Toyotas Human ResourcesDepartment is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator.


The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative and operational support for our Talent Acquisition College Programs team. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.


This position is based in Plano Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.


What youll be doing

  • Provide administrative support for Toyotas business and STEM internship and co-op programs across Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) including Lexus Research & Development Manufacturing Toyota Financial Services and Battery. Administrative work includes requisition posting interview scheduling screens referrals and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain analytics reports and process documentation to support program operations and decision-making.
  • Support recruiting activities that build a strong pipeline of qualified internship and co-op candidates. Help lead full process lifecycle pre-hire activities and orientation programs. Monitor pre-hire activities of background checks and relocation. Weekly reporting on fills / open and offer activity.
  • Coordinate communications and logistics among recruiters candidates hiring teams and other internal stakeholders in preparation and during career fairs and special events; confirmation of team member participation materials shipment and other related activities. Manage internal requests for school / alumni campus tours and visits.
  • Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by the College Programs and Talent Acquisition teams; update Identify and support process improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of college recruiting operations.

What you bring

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting talent acquisition or closely related area
  • Proven ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Workday
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Teams Outlook)

  • Associates degree (or higher)
  • Phenom Recruiter experience
  • Data tracking experience
