What Youll Do
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings interview scheduling candidate communication and pre-employment screenings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for temporary staffing by coordinating with agencies managing onboarding and processing timecards and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records and workflows in the applicant tracking system while generating reports and tracking recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate onboarding and partner with the training team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist with HR reporting surveys and administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality.
What Youll Bring
- Two or more years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role supporting a team.
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint with experience in ATS or LMS systems preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required with demonstrated integrity discretion and professionalism.
