Job Summary

Scope of Work: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports companywide talent acquisition efforts ensuring a smooth and efficient coordination of various recruiting activities. This role plays an important part in fostering a positive candidate and new hire :Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team across the recruiting and onboarding incoming applications and support candidate workflow management within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates Talent Acquisition Partners hiring managers and business interview logistics and serve as a primary point of contact for candidate scheduling and process-related accurate complete and compliant candidate records including interview notes feedback status changes and other required documentation within the process and distribute offer letters and route offers for appropriate approval through the as the primary point of communication for new employees from offer acceptance through their first pre-employment and onboarding activities including background checks required documentation new hire paperwork and onboarding as the Talent Acquisition teams onboarding liaison ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to in regular workforce planning meetings with Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Leads to understand staffing needs open requisitions hiring priorities and critical workforce the recruiting email inbox and ensure timely response or appropriate routing of candidate and new hire status changes and updates to appropriate internal recruiting reports audits compliance activities and HRIS/ATS employee/new hire check-ins to support engagement and identify opportunities to improve the candidate and employee Talent Acquisition initiatives focused on candidate experience employee engagement and recruiting process screen and interview candidates periodically based on business recruiting and onboarding processes are completed accurately efficiently and within established service-level up to 25% within assigned local additional duties as assigned in support of Talent Acquisition and department Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Communications Business or Construction Management preferred but not required.2 years of administrative experience. Supporting high-volume recruiting in the construction trades is ideal but not requiredBilingual English/Spanish Speaking preferredValid Drivers License requiredStrong relationship building and networking organizational and coordination communication and interpersonal Electric Inc. is an equal opportunity employer including disability and veterans.
