Position Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our recruiting operations across multiple this role you wont just be supporting recruiting youll be helping drive the entire candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Youll partner closely with recruiters hiring managers HR Business Partners and operational leaders to ensure a smooth efficient and positive hiring process for every candidate who comes through our doors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination communication systems work and being a key connector in a high-volume recruiting environment.

The TA Coordinator reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. This position is full-time on-site Monday through Friday and is located at 106 Vintage Park Blvd. Houston TX 77070.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate interviews between candidates hiring managers and leadership teams
• Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in our ATS (JazzHR)
• Support hiring events onboarding and candidate communications
• Help manage job postings and recruiting workflows
• Build recruiting reports and track key hiring metrics
• Support employer branding by posting job ads on social media (LinkedIn Facebook etc.)
• Gather candidate and employee feedback through experience surveys
• Assist with process improvements and recruiting projects that make hiring better every day

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
• 24 years of experience in recruiting coordination HR support onboarding or talent acquisition operations (or related experience)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or multi-location hiring environments is a plus
• Highly organized detail-oriented and great at juggling multiple priorities
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Positive proactive and ready to jump in wherever needed
