Are you looking to get into Human Resources and enjoy working in a fun fast-paced and collaborative environmentRiverside Community Care is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to become part of our energetic Talent Acquisition team!Riverside is an award winning non-profit organization providing mental healthcare and human services to over 40000 individuals across Massachusetts.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative logistical and recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (TA) team hiring managers and candidates to ensure efficiency and accuracy throughout the TA process. The Coordinator attends majority ofjob fairs/eventsthroughout the year and participates in program visits.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will:

• Supports the TA team by maintaining the ATS database as needed awareness of priority jobs and run resume searches
• Posts all job vacancies on other external platforms and publications
• Assists in resume and telephone screening candidates as well as fielding candidate follow up communication
• Supports the Onboarding Specialist as a backup for internship processes overseeing the internships email inbox responding to inquiriesanddirecting intern referrals to appropriate programs
• Leads sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume
• Organizes and signs up tor job fairs establishes and maintains relationships with colleges/universities MassHire Offices throughout MA Chamber of Commerce partnerships advertisement sites and community organization

Pay Rate: $25.50/hourly

Schedule: General schedule is Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. with occasional evening coverage up to 8 p.m. for job fairs/events.

Location: Remote with travel to Dedham office and Rhode Island/Massachusetts/New Hampshire based job fairs/events/new employee orientations

• Intermediate level computer fluency including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook required. Must be able to create spreadsheets charts and graphs and to maintain professional correspondence.
• Knowledge of HR software/systems preferred.
• Must have strong verbal communication skills and be very comfortable using the telephone.
• Must be highly organized detail oriented able to multi-task and possess good follow up and follow through skills.
• Valid drivers license and regular access to a reliable vehicle

• Bachelors Degree preferred ; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of Administrative experience and 1 year of Talent Acquisition preferred.
