Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of professional technical engineering aerospace defense and operational roles. This role is well suited for experienced recruiting professionals who are looking to grow their impact strengthen stakeholder partnership skills and operate in a data-driven enterprise environment.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles from intake market insights sourcing and offer ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our mission and culture.
  • Recruit engineering aerospace defense technical professional and operational talent leveraging market insights sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to support critical business objectives.
  • Partner closely with OpCo hiring managers to understand team needs define role requirements and deliver tailored recruiting solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Provide market insights related to candidate availability compensation benchmarks and hiring timelines to support informed decision-making.
  • Track recruiting performance against defined metrics such as requisition load time-to-fill and pipeline conversion operating effectively in a high-volume process-driven environment.
    Accurately and efficiently manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system keeping detailed notes maintaining momentum and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Coordinate and execute selection processes including resume screening phone interviews and interview scheduling driving a seamless efficient hiring process.
  • Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms utilizing all available resources to find the best talent in the shortest amount of time without sacrificing quality.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and contribute to a high-energy supportive recruiting team at Ralliant.

Skills for Success:

  • Experienced Talent Connector: Approximately 5-15 years of progressive talent acquisition experience with demonstrated success recruiting professional technical engineering aerospace defense manufacturing or other specialized talent segments. Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced high-volume environments while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Relationship Builder: Demonstrated success in developing strong partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous business-facing HR HR COE HR Operations Talent Acquisition or role-related experience.
  • Experience recruiting professional technical engineering aerospace defense and operational talent across both exempt and non-exempt populations.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing aerospace defense or highly regulated industries.
    Experience in a large organization (10000 employees).
  • Hands-on experience with Workday ATS (or similar) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Eightfold and Oracle.
