What Youll Do

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting efforts including candidate sourcing resume review phone screening interview scheduling and offer preparation.
• Maintain recruiting systems job postings candidate pipelines and recruiting data to ensure accurate reporting timely communication and an efficient hiring process.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process providing updates coordinating interviews and travel logistics as needed and delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate recruiting events and career fairs assist with candidate outreach and engagement and support the processing of offers promotions and transfers through accurate and timely documentation.
• Manage proactive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn job boards referrals and networking initiatives to help build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Work alongside HR team to support overall people initiatives and contribute to a collaborative service-oriented experience for candidates employees and hiring managers.

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-5 years experience in HR talent acquisition employee engagement or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates employees and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite for data management and reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to travel for recruiting events.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.
