Taekwondo Instructor - Naperville

We are seeking a passionate Taekwondo Instructor in Naperville to join our vibrant martial arts community. This role is essential to promoting physical fitness discipline and the art of Taekwondo among students of all ages. Responsibilities
  • Teach Taekwondo techniques and forms to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop training plans that maintain a balanced focus on physical fitness technique and personal development.
  • Create a safe inclusive and motivating learning environment.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize and lead tournaments demonstrations and community events.
  • Encourage the development of discipline respect and perseverance in students.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of martial arts techniques and instructional methods.
  • Foster positive relationships with students and their families.
Requirements
  • To teach students forms moves footwork and sparring skills of Olympic-style
    Taekwondo as per the employers daily training schedule or assignment; to help new
    students learn basic etiquettes for Taekwondo training; to monitor students progress
    and help them to reach their athletic goals; and to contribute to maintaining the safety
    and cleanliness of the training equipment and facility.
  • Req: 4th Dan Black Belt in Olympic-style Taekwondo as certified by the Kukkiwon
  • Wage: $60000 per year
    Full-time 40 hours/week. 1:00 PM 9:00 PM
