Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer (Senior Tableau Report Developer / ETL)

The agency is seeking a Senior Tableau Developer / ETL Lead Developer to support applications and participate in the SDLC process for the new SACWIS/CCWIS system. The role includes Tableau reporting SSIS ETL development SQL optimization integration support and data migration activities.

• Develop Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Create and optimize SSIS packages.
• Write complex SQL queries stored procedures and triggers using T-SQL.
• Perform data modeling migration and integration activities.
• Work with DB2 SQL Server and other DBMS platforms.
• Implement data analytics best practices.
• Validate requirements with business users.
• Support SOA integration initiatives.
• Handle data reconciliation and error handling.
• Deploy reports to report servers and SharePoint.
• Optimize SQL queries and ETL performance.
• Manage FTP/SFTP file integrations.
• Participate in full SDLC lifecycle activities.

• 10 years of overall IT experience.
• 5 years of Tableau development experience.
• 5 years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Strong expertise in:
  • T-SQL
  • SSRS
  • SSIS
  • Talend
  • Query performance tuning
  • SSIS deployment and SQL Agent jobs
• Experience with Git/version control.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
