Table Games Trainee Dealer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and conduct of a particular table game.
• Knowledge of rules policies and procedures of assigned game.
• Must be able to perform technical and functional gaming procedures as per policy and the state gaming regulations.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and pays or collects bets according to house rules.
• Ability to make proper pay outs for winning wagers on assigned game.
• Maintain proper game protection of assigned game.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to walk use hands to finger handle or feel reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
• Specific vision abilities include close distance color peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must maintain excellent attendance. Failure to do so will cause immediate dismissal from the class and will not be permitted to audition for employment as a dealer.
• Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (5 hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• May perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
