Accountable forTrinity HealthsTA Productionand Onboardingfunctionfor assigned area.Manages team ofTA Coordinators and ensuresthe implementationandadherence toastreamlinedcentralizedand unified onboardingapproachthat willensureaconsistentefficientand enhanced colleague experience.Managesonboardingprocessesthatincludeapplicantpre-screening andtrackinginterviewlogisticspre-hire requirements and orientation eventsin accordancewithstate federal local and companyrequirements.Ensures collaborationwith Human Resourcesoperationsfor tasks required to be done on-site.Managestheoptimization of peopleprocessand performance to deliver exceptional

service tothe hiring managers internalcolleaguesand external applicants whilealigningwithnationalstateand localcompliance requirements.

Responsible for implementing and managing a strategicpreboardingprogram aligning with company values culture and businessobjectivesthat willenrich the candidateand new colleagueexperienceinclusive of retention.Reports to and aligns to theDirectorTA Production Operations. Hasindirect reporting relationship totheRegional TA Leaderswithin the service areaand will collaborate regularly with various system functions e.g. Health Informatics Clinical Education Nursing Excellence Colleague & Labor Relations etc. to deliver exceptional service to colleaguestomeet theonboardingneeds of the health ministries.Manages the compliance and survey readiness related to the pre-boarding activities including staying updated on relevant employment laws and regulations in their service area states. Oversees the Talent Acquisition compliance audit function ensures ability to meet requirements readinesscomponent.Drivessharedproduction services toensure programgoals areachieved;includingkey metrics related to on-time starts post-acceptance drop-off rates and new-hire satisfaction.

Leading the TAC team and services for a defined ministry division or service area of the organization or assigned area of focus. Acts as a strategic partnertoHuman Resources and business leaders.Provides leadership focused on optimization of operational excellence and performance.Responsiblefor leading managing and advancing people.Provides functionalexpertiseand ensures fulfillment of performance and service standards. Provides decision supportoperationsand/oroptimizationleadership focus.Identifies defines and solves complex problems thatimpactoptimalperformance.Identifiesand responds to TA opportunities and risks within assignedareaof focus based on knowledge of organizational capabilities and internal and external environments. Collaborates withinall Service AreasRegionsand Health Ministries to ensure consistent integration and implementation of the national TA strategy and operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree inBusinessHuman Resources Management or a related field
      • Minimum offive(5) years ofprogressively responsibleexperience in talent acquisitionhuman resourcesadministrative ora customerservice supportor an equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Minimum two (2) yearsof peoplemanagement experience.

      Leadership

      • Accountable for the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle within the respective service areaorfunctional area of focus.

      • Provides functional evidence-basedexpertise guidance and leadership to TA Managers and/or Team Leads.

      • Guides and directs the recruiting screening andselection hiring and onboarding of high quality diversetalentpipelines.

      • Enables collaboration across and within TA System Services Areas to ensure consistency and integrationand implementationofstrategy and operations.

      Direction and Growth

      • Leads standardization/systemsand optimization ofpeopleprocess and performance through the effective use of policymethodologyand theestablishment ofa national community of practice.

      • Provides Talent Acquisition solutions to support growthstrategyincluding the application of best practices process improvement and the effective use of internal and external partners.

      • Manage Vendor/Contractrelationshipincluding alignment with National TAstrategy and stewardship goals.

      Strategic Support and Accountability

      • Alignssupportsand contributes to the overall enterprise TA strategy risk mitigationpolicyand governance.

      • Collaborates in system-wide strategy development and deployment of TA priorities and initiatives.

      • Accountable for theselection evaluation and overall success of the TA team within assigned service areaor area of focus.

      Operational Delivery

      • Responsible for measuring and reporting financial targets KPIs/metricsand value delivery.

      • Provides advice guidance and leadership for thecolleaguelife cycle.

      • Fosters a continuous growth and learning environment;retainsaccountability for personal learning and development.

      Hourly Pay Range: $48.18 - $72.27
