TA Contract Resource HR Team

Position Concept:

• The Talent Acquisition Contractor will partner with internal TA Team and occasionally with business leaders to understand position and business requirements.
• Support effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent through a fair and inclusive recruitment process
• Source and screen candidate applications and job postings to match applicants with job requirements.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews with candidates.

• Prepare interview guides schedule interviews reserve locations calendar invites prepare materials and overall logistics for interviews.
• Maintain communication with candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience a PHR or SPHR is preferred.

• 2 years of Talent Acquisition Recruitment/Staffing or Human Resources experience with an understanding of full life cycle recruitment.

• The ideal candidate will have some experience Recruiting in a Corporate environment or a combination of Corporate and Agency environments.

• Effective understanding in how to consult with and be a value-add partner to the BU leaders for organizations of support in addition to screening and sourcing skills.

• High degree of initiative proactive in nature results oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

• Solid project management and organization skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.

• Adaptability flexibility and agility to multi-task and prioritize are essential.

• Applicant Tracking System and proactive sourcing experience is ideal.
