MobileOne is looking for an energetic results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead one of our wireless retail locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching teams driving sales and creating outstanding customer a Retail Store Manager youll oversee the daily operations of the store lead and develop your team and ensure sales and service goals are consistently met. Youll be on the sales floor the majority of the timecoaching your employees assisting customers and making sure your store runs smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily weekly and monthly goals
- Deliver excellent customer service by supporting your team and stepping in to escalations
- Manage daily store operations including scheduling inventory merchandising and cash handling
- Recruit train and develop your team while supporting their career growth
- Foster a positive high-energy culture where both employees and customers feel valued
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and records
- Adhere to labor budgets and ensure your team timely executes on trainings
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of retail management experience (wireless retail industry required)
- Strong leadership coaching. and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
- HS diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check
Pay
$18.22 - $49.17/ hour
The pay range above represents hourly wage and potential store bonus.
