Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall store operations and be accountable for personal/store sales and developing a high-performing motivated team.
- Cultivating a positive environment which supports MobileOnes values.
- Ensure customers are 100% satisfied and their experience is unforgettable.
- Manage customer traffic effectively to minimize wait times.
- Staying on top of rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and ensuring that sales representatives are updated on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.
- Supporting store operations and ensuring compliance with the guidelines set by T-Mobile and MobileOne.
- Help ensure the store is fully staffed by assisting with the recruiting process and program.
- Keep the store looking its best for our customers

Qualifications:
- Experience managing people with ability to lead and coach people to deliver great results.
- Customer service or sales experience. Retail environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Pay:
- $16.30 - $29.20 per hour (the pay range above represents hourly wage and potential store bonus)
