Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge of SyteLine (v 8.03.11 9.01.02 9.01.11 CSI 10.0.0.515)
- Candidate should be good in functional skill
- Candidate should be good in technical skill as well
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Incidents analysis and resolution
- Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope
- Bug fixing of customizations (If source code exists)
