• Derive plan document and execute the tests demonstrations inspections and analyses necessary to show compliance with system- subsystem- and component-level requirements for hardware and software.
• Define test system architecture design tests and design test equipment.
• Write test plans and procedures.
• Lead test readiness reviews and test events.
• Assist with risk assessment and management.
• Collaborate with team members to determine the best solutions to problems as they arise.
• Work with various engineering disciplines to understand troubleshoot and support project efforts.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency working with requirements verification and validation.
• Ability to lead a test team.
• Experience working with systems of systems.

• Master of Science in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience across the systems engineering V.
