What You Will Do:

• Support planning and execution of USAF APG-82 Public Private Partnership (PPP) and F-15 Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) programs This includes Integration Verification and Validation (IV&V) qualification activities or Troubleshooting Test activities in our labs in the field or at a Depot facility
• Support activity may require travel (up to 20%)
• Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations including the use of analysis tools such as MATLAB as well as applicable data-query or analytics tools (SQL or similar platforms) as needed.
• Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to IPTLs Systems Engineering and Chief Engineering. This includes summarizing large amounts of field-collected data and refining it into clear concise insights for decision-makers.
• Perform root-cause analysis & implement minor design changes incorporating the review of relevant large data trends to help identify contributing factors and guide recommendations.
• Develop scripts and tools using Python to analyze system and test data automate workflows and generate actionable insights for engineering and sustainment teams.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience with programming data analysis and automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Office C C# MATLAB Python).
• Experience working in teams troubleshooting technical issues.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with or exposure to various military platforms for weapons conveyance such as ships ground combat systems fixed and rotary wing aircraft
• Experience working with schematics and electronic test equipment to troubleshoot electronic circuits and systems.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis methods (e.g. 5 Whys Fishbone)
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel Minitab R JMP or similar)
• Good communication and technical documentation skills

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 57200 USD - 108800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
