THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the team shaping the future of logistics at U70 in Woodruff SC Michelins largest and only fully automated logistics facility. Processing up to 3.5 million tires per month across more than 80 acres of covered operations

U70 is a strategic site at the forefront of automation. As we build a new maintenance organization and modernize our control systems this is a unique opportunity to contribute to a world-class facility while helping define the next level of operational excellence.

Maintain and supervise operations of the infrastructure and equipment of the site participate in implementations or evolutions of infrastructure hardware and software applications of the site. Contribute to the maintenance of the sites applications in accordance with the maintenance / operation contract.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Service level and users satisfaction comply to expectations (availability of applications equipment and services)
Performance and conformity of IT equipment are managed
Effectiveness of all interventions (diagnostic quality temporary services offered respect of intervention timeline ...)
Efficiency of all interventions (resources used cost of IT services appropriate use of hotlines and support)
Technical and operational documentation are conform and updated (lists of equipment and software source files backups training material ...)
The maintenance plan of equipment is defined and applied

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

-5 years of previous experience in highly automated distribution center environment

-Bachelors degree Associates degree Technical Certification or equivalent experience

-Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex technical systems
