Where is the work:

• Serves as a knowledgeable resource for business systems tools and related processes
• Identify assess and help coordinate resolution of system or process issues
• Engage the appropriate teams subject matter experts or stakeholders based on the nature of the issue
• Track issues through resolution and help ensure timely follow-up
• Document system workflows support processes and escalation paths
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system effectiveness and user support
• Help identify recurring problems and recommend process or system improvements

• Associates Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Design (or related discipline) and at least 4-years of relevant designer or IT work experience is required.

• Strong understanding of business systems workflows and how processes connect across teams
• Ability to quickly learn system dependencies ownership and escalation paths
• Ability to identify root causes assess issues and determine the best path to resolution
• Sound judgment in deciding when to troubleshoot directly versus when to involve others
• Strong ability to work across departments and build relationships with technical teams operations leadership and end users
• Knows how to engage the right people at the right time
• Experience tracking issues following through on action items and ensuring timely resolution
• Ability to document workflows identify gaps and recommend process improvements
• Focus on consistency efficiency and continuous improvement
• Ability to manage multiple requests priorities and stakeholders at once
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up
