Systems Administrator

Codeworks an LRS company is seeking a Systems Admin for a Contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

Technical Support & Service Delivery

• Respond to service requests and incidents via phone in person or electronically in a timely manner
• Diagnose and resolve hardware software and peripheral issues (e.g. printers scanners)
• Install configure upgrade and maintain desktop systems and applications
• Support software deployment and updates across user environments
• Escalate complex issues and track resolutions through an IT service management system
• Communicate status updates clearly with end users team members and vendors

Customer Support & Training

• Provide guidance training and technical instruction to end users
• Deliver a high-quality customer service experience with clear communication
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests based on urgency and impact

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintain accurate records of incidents service requests and resolutions
• Contribute to and update internal knowledgebase articles and user documentation
• Assist in developing procedures standards and communication templates

Asset & Lifecycle Management

• Support IT asset tracking inventory management and equipment lifecycle processes
• Perform equipment setup relocation and decommissioning
• Assist with procurement coordination and reporting related to hardware and software assets
