Job Description

A leading energy organization is seeking a Systems Administrator II to support SCADA and HMI validation activities for operational field assets. This position plays a critical role in ensuring signal integrity operational accuracy and readiness of field devices prior to service.

Responsibilities

Perform Point-to-Point (P2P) validations between SCADA displays HMI systems and field devices

Validate field inputs and control outputs for accuracy and functionality

Coordinate testing activities with IT SCADA support Pipeline Control and Field Operations teams

Document validation results discrepancies and resolutions

Identify and escalate communication failures configuration issues and data discrepancies

Ensure compliance with Control Room Management requirements and operating procedures

Support continuous improvement initiatives for SCADA and HMI systems

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience

Working knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI interfaces

Experience working with RTU and PLC environments

Strong troubleshooting and validation skills

Ability to produce detailed technical documentation

Strong communication and coordination skills

Important Note

Direct SCADA HMI and Point-to-Point validation experience is preferred. However candidates with strong exposure to SCADA/HMI environments and a solid understanding of these systems will also be considered.

Compensation

$39/hour
