As a Systems Administrator you will independently install configure maintain and support enterprise IT systems across Windows Linux and Apple environments. You will support INTUITIVEs core technology infrastructure including servers endpoints applications cloud services and related systems throughout their operational lifecycle. This role will troubleshoot moderately complex technical issues and serve as an escalation point for problems requiring deeper systems expertise. You will perform system deployments upgrades maintenance and security-related activities to help ensure technology remains reliable secure and available. You will take ownership of assigned systems and services while maintaining appropriate documentation and identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency. Working alongside other IT and cybersecurity professionals you will contribute to technology projects system implementations and continuous improvement efforts.

Required

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology System Administration or a related technical field
• 2 years of relevant systems administration or enterprise IT experience
• Experience administering and supporting Windows systems in an enterprise environment
• Experience installing configuring maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware software endpoints and peripheral devices
• Working knowledge of Linux and Apple/macOS operating environments
• Working knowledge of networking concepts protocols and services
• Experience supporting enterprise printing and multifunction devices
• Strong technical troubleshooting documentation communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an IT team
• Must have an active in-scope Secret clearance
