System Integration Specialist Mid

• Ensure interoperability between JIRA and GitLab by configuring automated workflows for task tracking reporting and approvals.
• Establish authentication integrations with the sponsoring Commands Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) to enforce CAC/PIV-based access controls in accordance with DoD identity management policies.
• Submit the System Interoperability & Security Integration Report documenting authentication measures security compliance and integration workflows.

• Possess the knowledge and capability to integrate JIRA GitLab and other IT service management tools ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.
• Must be proficient in API integrations system interoperability and secure authentication protocols.
• Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms.
• Must have demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms developing API-based solutions and ensuring secure identity federation.
• Experience with OAuth SAML and enterprise authentication protocols is required.

• Desirable but not required certifications include ITIL Foundation Certification or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
