Job Overview:We are seeking a System Director of Case Management to lead and oversee case management operations across a healthcare system. This role is responsible for managing discharge planning utilization review regulatory compliance and performance improvement initiatives while ensuring effective patient care coordination and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan direct organize and monitor daily Case Management Department operations
• Oversee case management services discharge planning and utilization review activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards accreditation requirements and internal policies
• Lead strategic initiatives and operational planning for case management services
• Develop and implement departmental policies and care management processes
• Monitor performance metrics and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing budgeting and departmental resources
• Provide leadership mentorship and guidance to staff
• Support staff development and ensure ongoing competency
• Collaborate with physicians nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active RN license (or eligibility upon hire)
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in hospital or clinic case management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Nursing MBA or related field
• Prior leadership experience in healthcare case management
